Dr. Samia was invited for the launch of the Sanad institute for the support of breast cancer patients in Almukalla on 27 October 2010. She gave a lecture at Khadijah school in Do’an about her experience with the disease. A questionnaire was distributed to survey men’s opinion’s about the disease and cooperation among family members with patients. Dr. Samia was accompanied by administrator Israa Bashrahil and secretary Rowena, who handed out copies of the center’s publications, questionnaires and pink ribbons.
