In 2011, as part of the
Breast Cancer
Awareness Campaign for Deaf
& Mute Ladies. SMHA- Chair
held a workshop on Monday 28th
January 2011 – 3rd
Muharram for the Deaf Ladies
Club in Jeddah with the
cooperation of their
Chairwoman Ms. Faiza Natto
on How to do breast
self-examination and an
explanation about Breast
Surgery by Dr. Zuhoor Al-Gaithy,
Dr. Samia Al-Amoudi and
Nurse Ms. Sara. In addition
was distribution of Breast
Cancer in Sign Language
book.
